  1. Combine Flour and paprika, in shallow pan,dredge chicken and shake off excess flour. set aside allow to adhere, Heat oil over medium heat, add chicken and brown well both sides, Remove chicken set aside. add onions to same pan cook until soft. De glaze pan with wine add add chicken stock, Thyme, and return chicken to pan and more stock if needed liquid should reach almost to top of pan, cover tightly. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer cook 1 hour, until sauce thickens,
  2. Internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees serve two thighs with sauce
