The Way to Healthy eating

Plant Food, Smoothies, Fruits and of Course VEGETABLES from the earth.

 

 

 

 

Reversing Disease’s Like Cancer, and heart diseases,even diabetes , is being proven it can be done without so many medications, what is it ? Plant food eating it’s no diet it’s changing the way you eat, My goal is to spread the word and bring this to the attention to those in need. Like so many people that have done already.

“The saying, “do not live to eat, but eat to live”, applies here no fancy diet in fact I do not like saying diet, because it says what to many people have tried so many kinds and failed to complete , so many diets with promises and most people find them complicated or/ simple cannot overcome temptations including myself.

What is this way of eating? I still refuse to call it a diet simple cause it’s just changing a way of eating ,or adjusting your daily diet, not counting calories , not cutting portions fit for a bird, of course these are good practices but no diet should be based on just small portions and very few calories. As in any diet everything in moderation is a good way to go, over eating never does any good regardless of what it is, some more harm full then others.

I know I over did over eat everything,like  Steak? a 6/8 oz portion was never enough, it had to be a 12 oz or bigger. Desserts could never be skipped, at moms never one plate always seconds and thirds was a norm.

What is a Plant food diet? Simple cutting red meats, some dairy, and oils like canola, and margarine

I know ,I know most people cannot live without meat, as I said in moderation, one can have a slice of cake or a moderat size steak, control is a must once to have a piece of steak make the bulk of you diet Vegetables and Fruit,

There are so many Recipes on how to make your change enjoyable I have  so many recipes that will really help you as it has helped me,
